How to recognize if you suffer from hormonal imbalance or if you are reaching menopause?
Hormonal imbalances occur when there is too much or too little hormone in the bloodstream. Because hormones play an essential role in your body, even the smallest imbalance can cause side effects throughout the body.
Some symptoms of hormonal imbalance occur with high frequency in women, including:
- Night sweats
- Hot flushes
- Decreased sex drive
- Weight gain
- Cold hands and feet
You are likely presenting low levels of estradiol if you have already begun to experience symptoms associated with menopause.
