Fabulous over 50 is a 12-session protocol based on the excellent results of Dr. Anna Cabeca and the Health Coach Institute’s co-created program to control hormonal imbalance. Our goal is to help middle-aged women balance their bodies hormonally, creating a total and consistent transformation of their lifestyle habits.

The objective of this session is to:
- Uncover what’s been stopping you, slowing you down or keeping you from feeling fabulous
- Develop a powerful vision for what fabulous over 50 looks like for you
- Discover which foods and lifestyle habits are sapping your fabulousness…and what to do about it
- Get crystal clear on a step-by-step plan to feel fabulous in 90 days or less
A 90 Day Weight Loss Program founded on the co-created by renowned expert JJ Virgin and Health Coach Institute groundbreaking curriculum that uses the transformational coaching method and key concepts of the Sugar Impact Diet to help clients take their health to the next level.
Clients learn how to identify sneaky sugars, crush sugar addiction, and shift from being a sugar burner to a fat burner. As their coach, not only will I work with them regarding those concepts, I will also help them to identify their true desired outcome, and then help them learn how to achieve it.
What we accomplish together is a lateral shift in their thinking, that allows them to make better decisions about their health and their body. At the end of 90 days, clients will be making choices that lead to lasting habit change.
The 90-Day Diabetes Program uses protocol co-created by renowned expert Dr. Brian Mowll and Health Coach Institute. Our work is grounded on the transformational coaching method and critical concepts of the Mastering Blood Sugar Program as well as the 8-Week Blood Sugar Bootcamp to help clients take their health to the next level. Clients learn how to identify and remove refined sugars from their diet, add targeted movement to their exercise routine, and understand the role stress and toxins play in your journey to better health. As their coach, not only will I work with them regarding those concepts, I will also help them identify their actual desired outcome, and then help them learn how to achieve it.
Together, we will explore:
- How glucose affects the body.
- The steps the client can take to remove refined sugars from their home.
- Their movement, pleasure, and satisfaction, as well as the perils and pitfalls of self-sabotage.
Listening to and trusting their inner wisdom.At the end of 90 days, the client will be making choices that lead to lasting habit change.
