The Program


Proper nutrition is not only essential to overall health but it’ also a powerful healer and the cornerstone of lasting transformation.

When you give your body the nourishment it needs (and we’re talking about more than just food here), it can be truly life-changing.

My 90-day coaching program will take you on a step-by-step journey of transformation where we’ll use nutritional habit change to tackle your pre-diabetes or Diabetes type 2 and achieve your ideal health state.

We’ll look at what you’re currently doing and where you want to go, then we’ll create a roadmap and plan of action to get there—with lots of support and encouragement along the way!

How We’ll Work Together

I work in partnership with my clients, making them active participants in their health.

I believe the answers lie within you. My role is to help you bring them forth.

During each session, we’ll focus on mastering a new technique to build your new health foundation.

At the end of each session, we’ll talk about action items for the following week.

You’ll also get helpful handouts to take with you after each session to guide you every step of the way, such as cheat sheets, meal plans, reference guides, journaling exercises, and more.

Plus, you’ll have my support in between sessions if questions come up, or you hit a challenging spot and need encouragement.

In 90 days, you’ll have mastered a complete nutritional system to help you achieve and sustain your optimum health state.
